- Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God.
- Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,
Because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning;
Great is Your faithfulness. - You, O Lord, remain forever;
Your throne from generation to generation. - God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? - Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever. - The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the word of our God stands forever. - But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
- Surely he will never be shaken;
The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance. - My flesh and my heart fail;
But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. - Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.
- We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other.
- Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever,
For they are the rejoicing of my heart. - The entirety of Your word is truth,
And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever. - And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.
- What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
- And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.
- Can a woman forget her nursing child,
And not have compassion on the son of her womb?
Surely they may forget,
Yet I will not forget you.
See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands;
Your walls are continually before Me. - And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one.
- Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.
- Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
- But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. - The Lord will perfect that which concerns me;
Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;
Do not forsake the works of Your hands. - And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. - See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
- For the Lord loves justice,
And does not forsake His saints;
They are preserved forever,
But the descendants of the wicked shall be cut off.
