Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works.Go forth, then. Eat your bread with joy and drink your wine with a cheerful heart, for God long ago approved what you do.
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.He gave himself for us in order to deliver us from all iniquity and to purify for himself a people as his own who are eager to do good.
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from acts that lead to death so that we may worship the living God.
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for refutation, for correction, and for training in uprightness, so that the man of God may be proficient and equipped for good work of every kind.
It is a snare to the man who devoureth that which is holy, and after vows to make enquiry.It is rash to pledge a sacred gift, or to make a vow and then have second thoughts.
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.Nor would someone light a lamp and then put it under a basket; rather, it is placed upon a lampstand so that it may afford light to all in the house. In the same way, your light must shine so that it can be seen by others; this will enable them to observe your good works and give praise to your Father in heaven.
And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.When God saw by their actions that they had turned from their evil ways, he relented and did not inflict upon them the punishment that he had threatened.
Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.Entrust everything that you do to the Lord, and your plans will turn out to be successful.
Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.The one who calls you is faithful, and he will accomplish this.
There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save or to destroy. Who then are you to pass judgment on a neighbor?
Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.Do not withhold kindness from anyone to whom it is due when it is in your power to grant it.
But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.You intended to do evil to me, but God decided to make it serve a good, to fulfill that which today has come true: to keep alive a numerous people.
It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to place your trust in mortals.
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!How wonderful and delightful it is for brothers to live together in unity.
If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you may ask for whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.The Lord will fulfill his plan for me. Your kindness, O Lord, endures forever; do not forsake the work of your hands.
For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake.For it has been granted you not only to believe in Christ but also to suffer for him.
And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.And let us consider how to spur one another to love and good works. Do not neglect to attend your assemblies, as some do, but rather encourage one another, especially since you can see the Day approaching.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.We know that God makes all things work together for good for those who love him and who are called according to his purpose.
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.Not because of any righteous deeds on our part but because of his mercy, he saved us through the bath of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.Dear children, you are from God and you have conquered them, for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?Now who is going to harm you if you are eager to do what is right?
