Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. 1 Timothy 6:17	Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. money joy materialism
As they were eating, Jesus took some bread and blessed it. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying, “Take this and eat it, for this is my body.” Matthew 26:26	And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.” bread body Jesus
So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world. Hebrews 4:9-10	There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. sabbath rest work
But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you. John 16:7	Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you. comforter Spirit receiving
Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them. It is shameful even to talk about the things that ungodly people do in secret. Ephesians 5:11-12	And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father. May God, who gives this patience and encouragement, help you live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Christ Jesus. For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time—to show us his grace through Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 1:9	Who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began. grace holiness salvation
For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. How great is the goodness you have stored up for those who fear you. You lavish it on those who come to you for protection, blessing them before the watching world. Psalm 31:19	Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men! trust fear blessing
He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is! Deuteronomy 32:4	He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He. holiness righteousness reliability
But even if you suffer for doing what is right, God will reward you for it. So don’t worry or be afraid of their threats. 1 Peter 3:14	But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.” righteousness suffering fear
For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true. Ephesians 5:9	For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth. light goodness righteousness
For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you. 2 Corinthians 9:10	Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness. righteousness food giving
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Isaiah 26:3	You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. trust safety peace
So don’t be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom. Luke 12:32	Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. fear Father kingdom
Let your unfailing love surround us, Lord, for our hope is in you alone. Psalm 33:22	Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, Just as we hope in You. trust reliability hope
In the blink of an eye wealth disappears, for it will sprout wings and fly away like an eagle. Proverbs 23:5	Will you set your eyes on that which is not? For riches certainly make themselves wings; They fly away like an eagle toward heaven. money desires materialism
For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth. John 4:24	God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. truth worship Spirit
Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18	Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. joy gratitude prayer
If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it. Matthew 10:39	He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it. eternal life suffering life
God will make this happen, for he who calls you is faithful. 1 Thessalonians 5:24	He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. calling faithfulness Word of God

But to you who are willing to listen, I say, love your enemies! Do good to those who hate you. Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who hurt you.

But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.
