- What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
- By day the Lord commands his steadfast love,
and at night his song is with me,
a prayer to the God of my life. - For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
- Hear my prayer, O Lord;
give ear to my pleas for mercy!
In your faithfulness answer me, in your righteousness! - I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
