  • But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.
  • Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
    Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes.
    Cease to do evil.
  • Who has performed and done it,
    Calling the generations from the beginning?
    ‘I, the Lord, am the first;
    And with the last I am He.’
  • Before the mountains were brought forth,
    Or ever You had formed the earth and the world,
    Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
  • That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
  • But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.
  • Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
  • And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
  • Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high,
    And the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,
    And the fruitful field is counted as a forest.
  • One who turns away his ear from hearing the law,
    Even his prayer is an abomination.
  • Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
  • As he came from his mother’s womb, naked shall he return,
    To go as he came;

    Which he may carry away in his hand.
  • But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
  • And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
  • Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken.
  • This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
  • But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
  • But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
  • You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
  • “Do not be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets preached, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: “Turn now from your evil ways and your evil deeds.” ’ But they did not hear nor heed Me,” says the Lord.
  • For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
  • For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
  • Then the other disciple, who came to the tomb first, went in also; and he saw and believed. For as yet they did not know the Scripture, that He must rise again from the dead.
  • But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
  • Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
