| He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God. | And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. |
| Tongues like fire appeared and were distributed to them, and one sat on each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other languages, as the Spirit gave them the ability to speak. | They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.
