Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.
Therefore produce fruit worthy of repentance!Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.
If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit.Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
I am the true vine, and my Father is the farmer. Every branch in me that doesn’t bear fruit, he takes away. Every branch that bears fruit, he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God.And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.
Tongues like fire appeared and were distributed to them, and one sat on each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other languages, as the Spirit gave them the ability to speak.They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.
