Observe the requirements of the Lord your God, and follow all his ways. The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Psalm 37:23	The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way. serving obedience trust
The Lord opens the eyes of the blind. The Lord lifts up those who are weighed down. The Lord loves the godly. Psalm 146:8	The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: the Lord loveth the righteous. sickness healing righteousness
I am the Lord, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me? Jeremiah 32:27	Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? God miracles almighty
But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. Yes, he humbled you by letting you go hungry and then feeding you with manna, a food previously unknown to you and your ancestors. He did it to teach you that people do not live by bread alone; rather, we live by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. You who love the Lord, hate evil! He protects the lives of his godly people and rescues them from the power of the wicked. Psalm 97:10	Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. reliability redeemer evil
The Lord protects the foreigners among us. He cares for the orphans and widows, but he frustrates the plans of the wicked. Psalm 146:9	The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down. protection orphans widows
I never shrank back from telling you what you needed to hear, either publicly or in your homes. Acts 20:20	And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house. learning evangelism
For the Lord loves justice, and he will never abandon the godly. He will keep them safe forever, but the children of the wicked will die. Psalm 37:28	For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. eternal life reliability righteousness
On the day of Pentecost all the believers were meeting together in one place. Suddenly, there was a sound from heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. For the Lord gave us this command when he said, ‘I have made you a light to the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the farthest corners of the earth.’ Acts 13:47	For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. evangelism salvation light
Fathers can give their sons an inheritance of houses and wealth, but only the Lord can give an understanding wife. Proverbs 19:14	House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the Lord. money relationships
It is better to be godly and have little than to be evil and rich. For the strength of the wicked will be shattered, but the Lord takes care of the godly. If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully keep all his commands that I am giving you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the world.

And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth.
