- He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.” - But I have been the Lord your God
ever since you came out of Egypt.
You shall acknowledge no God but me,
no Savior except me. - And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

human beings who are but grass. - I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.
- He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”
Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. - Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done.

I will sustain you and I will rescue you. - For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.
- If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
- Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
- I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.

- Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
- Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
