Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'I love you'
- Others were given in exchange for you.
I traded their lives for yours
because you are precious to me.
You are honored, and I love you. - I love you, Lord;
you are my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior;
my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.
He is my shield, the power that saves me,
and my place of safety. - But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!
- I correct and discipline everyone I love. So be diligent and turn from your indifference.
- But to you who are willing to listen, I say, love your enemies! Do good to those who hate you. Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who hurt you.
- A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
- If someone says, “I love God,” but hates a fellow believer, that person is a liar; for if we don’t love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see?
- I love the Lord because he hears my voice
and my prayer for mercy.
Because he bends down to listen,
I will pray as long as I have breath! - You must not murder. You must not commit adultery. You must not steal. You must not testify falsely. Honor your father and mother. Love your neighbor as yourself.
- For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
- The second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.
- For the commandments say, “You must not commit adultery. You must not murder. You must not steal. You must not covet.” These—and other such commandments—are summed up in this one commandment: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
- Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s law.
- Do not nurse hatred in your heart for any of your relatives. Confront people directly so you will not be held guilty for their sin. Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against a fellow Israelite, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.
- So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.
- If you love me, obey my commandments.
- Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.
- When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
- The man answered, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength, and all your mind.’ And, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”
- Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
- But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
- May God give you more and more mercy, peace, and love.
- This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you.
- Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God’s law.
- We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love.
God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.
I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them.Then I observed that most people are motivated to success because they envy their neighbors. But this, too, is meaningless—like chasing the wind. For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her to make her holy and clean, washed by the cleansing of God’s word.Next verse!With image
