If you would seriously consider my reproof, I would pour out my thoughts to you and make my precepts known to you. | Turn at my rebuke; Surely I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you. |
Because in my eyes you are precious, because you are honored and I love you, I will give people in exchange for you and nations in return for your life. | Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life. |
You have already been cleansed by the word I have spoken to you. | You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. |
But I will sing of your strength; when morning dawns, I will proclaim your kindness. For you have been my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. | But I will sing of Your power; Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning; For You have been my defense And refuge in the day of my trouble. |
