- Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
- The name of the Lord is a strong fortress;
the godly run to him and are safe. - My victory and honor come from God alone.
He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me. - I tell you the truth, slaves are not greater than their master. Nor is the messenger more important than the one who sends the message.
- God will make this happen, for he who calls you is faithful.
- After supper he took another cup of wine and said, “This cup is the new covenant between God and his people—an agreement confirmed with my blood, which is poured out as a sacrifice for you.”

always ready to help in times of trouble. - Everyone enjoys a fitting reply;
it is wonderful to say the right thing at the right time! - A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

than to trust in people. - No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.
- The Lord is good,
a strong refuge when trouble comes.
He is close to those who trust in him. - This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you.

- Seek the Lord while you can find him.
Call on him now while he is near. - And we know that the Son of God has come, and he has given us understanding so that we can know the true God. And now we live in fellowship with the true God because we live in fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ. He is the only true God, and he is eternal life.
- Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.
- My child, if your heart is wise,
my own heart will rejoice! - For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.
- For,
There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus. - Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.
- The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David!
- But test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Stay away from every kind of evil.

for my hope is in him. - Who can find a virtuous and capable wife?
She is more precious than rubies.
“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.Next verse!With image
