- Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
He is the King of glory. Selah - That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS. - I will extol You, my God, O King;
And I will bless Your name forever and ever. - And the Lord shall be King over all the earth.
In that day it shall be—
“The Lord is one,”
And His name one. - Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. - Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!
Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem!
Behold, your King is coming to you;
He is just and having salvation,
Lowly and riding on a donkey,
A colt, the foal of a donkey. - Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.
- Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.
- But I say to you, do not swear at all: neither by heaven, for it is God’s throne; nor by the earth, for it is His footstool; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King.
- And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.”
- Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will fast likewise. And so I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!
- And they stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him. When they had twisted a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and a reed in His right hand. And they bowed the knee before Him and mocked Him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
- Before the mountains were brought forth,
Or ever You had formed the earth and the world,
Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God. - I thank You and praise You,
O God of my fathers;
You have given me wisdom and might,
And have now made known to me what we asked of You,
For You have made known to us the king’s demand. - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
- Who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
- No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
- By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. - So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.
- Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.

- He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

To go as he came;
And he shall take nothing from his labor
Which he may carry away in his hand. - And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
- Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven,
Whose sin is covered. - Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
- For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
- How beautiful upon the mountains
Are the feet of him who brings good news,
Who proclaims peace,
Who brings glad tidings of good things,
Who proclaims salvation,
Who says to Zion,
“Your God reigns!” - No one is holy like the Lord,
For there is none besides You,
Nor is there any rock like our God. - For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - Behold, God is my helper;
The Lord is with those who uphold my life. - Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.
- For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - What is desired in a man is kindness,
And a poor man is better than a liar. - Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child.
- The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.
- Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good.
- This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
- For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God.
