- That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.
- Lord, You have searched me and known me.
You know when I sit down and when I get up;
You understand my thought from far away. - A fool’s anger is known at once,
But a prudent person conceals dishonor. - Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love.

Make His deeds known among the peoples. - For His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.
- Make me know Your ways, Lord;
Teach me Your paths. - But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known.
- To You, God of my fathers, I give thanks and praise,
For You have given me wisdom and power;
Even now You have made known to me what we requested of You,
For You have made known to us the king’s matter. - And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him.
- Turn to my rebuke,
Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you. - Praise the Lord in song, for He has done glorious things;
Let this be known throughout the earth. - Let love of the brothers and sisters continue. Do not neglect hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.
- Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be firm, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
- Do not lie to one another, since you stripped off the old self with its evil practices, and have put on the new self, which is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created it.
- And not only this, but we also celebrate in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope.
- Even before there is a word on my tongue,
Behold, Lord, You know it all. - You will make known to me the way of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
In Your right hand there are pleasures forever. - What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? Far from it! On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, “You shall not covet.”
- If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.
- That their hearts may be encouraged, having been knit together in love, and that they would attain to all the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ Himself.
- Search me, God, and know my heart;
Put me to the test and know my anxious thoughts;
And see if there is any hurtful way in me,
And lead me in the everlasting way. - Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.
