Jesus replied, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
And eternal life is this: to know you, the only true God, and the one you have sent, Jesus Christ.And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
It is the Lord, your God, whom you are to follow. You must fear him and observe his commandments and obey what he tells you and serve him and hold fast to him.You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him.
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.
Do not lie to one another, since you have stripped off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self that is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him.
And I heard a loud voice proclaim from the throne: “Behold, God’s dwelling is with mankind; he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and he will be their God, God-with-them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will no longer be death. Neither will there be any mourning or crying or pain, for the old order has passed away.”And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
In the same way, the Son of Man did not come to be served but rather to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.
Only goodness and kindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever.Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.
They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him, and after twisting some thorns into a crown, they placed it on his head and put a reed in his right hand. Then, bending the knee before him, they mocked him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”And they stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him. Never will I forget your commands, for through them you have given me life.I will never forget Your precepts, For by them You have given me life.
A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it in abundance.The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Jesus then said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, even though he dies, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
This is how we know what love is: he laid down his life for us, and we in turn must be prepared to lay down our lives for our brethren.By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
But if you seek the Lord, your God, and you strive with all your heart and your soul, you will find him there.But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
You will show me the path to life; you will fill me with joy in your presence and everlasting delights at your right hand.You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
The one who sows in his flesh will reap a harvest of corruption, but the one who sows in the Spirit will reap from the Spirit the reward of eternal life.For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
Your kindness is a greater joy than life itself; thus my lips will speak your praise. I will bless you all my life; with uplifted hands I will call on your name.Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You. Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom should I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom should I be afraid?The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?
When they had finished their prayer, the place where they were gathered together shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and proclaimed the word of God fearlessly.And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.
You need to be steadfast if you want to do the will of God and receive what he has promised.For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may attain eternal life.For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Jesus answered them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.”
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.
Then he took a cup, and after offering thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from this, all of you. For this is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins.”Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
However, now that you have been freed from sin and bound to the service of God, the benefit you receive is sanctification, and the end is eternal life.But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.

For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so too do we believe that God will bring forth with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.
