Chinese (traditional)- Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness.
- He who walks blamelessly walks surely,
but he who perverts his ways will be found out. - He who guards his mouth guards his soul.
One who opens wide his lips comes to ruin. - We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.
- Why do you set your eyes on that which is not?
For it certainly sprouts wings like an eagle and flies in the sky. - For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”
- He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. To this end the Son of God was revealed: that he might destroy the works of the devil.
- Woe to him who strives with his Maker—
a clay pot among the clay pots of the earth!
Shall the clay ask him who fashions it, ‘What are you making?’
or your work, ‘He has no hands’? - Yahweh is slow to anger, and great in power, and will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. Yahweh has his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
- For in it is revealed God’s righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, “But the righteous shall live by faith.”
- But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.
- For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.Next verse! With image
