- The Lord makes poor and makes rich;
He brings low and lifts up. - Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life. - The blessing of the Lord makes one rich,
And He adds no sorrow with it. - Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression,

He will make my feet like deer’s feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills. - The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters. - Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child,
So you do not know the works of God who makes everything. - Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

And He delights in his way. - Whoever hides hatred has lying lips,
