| The father of the righteous has great joy. Whoever fathers a wise child delights in him. | The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him. |
| A man’s steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. | The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way. |

| It is a snare to a man to make a rash dedication, then later to consider his vows. | It is a snare to the man who devoureth that which is holy, and after vows to make enquiry. |
