The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams.The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside still waters.

In those days when you pray, I will listen.Then when you call upon me and come and pray to me, I will hear you.
My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.And it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
For to me, living means living for Christ, and dying is even better.For to me, living is Christ and dying is gain.

He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.The spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me; he has sent me to bring good news to the oppressed, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to the prisoners.
