The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? | Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? |
It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. | It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man. |

What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? | What is man, that you think of him? What is the son of man, that you care for him? |
In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. | In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me? |
And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. | But he said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” |
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. | So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?” |
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. | Looking at them, Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” |
I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass. | I, even I, am he who comforts you. Who are you, that you are afraid of man who shall die, and of the son of man who will be made as grass? |
And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. | Jesus, looking at them, said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God, for all things are possible with God.” |

For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.” |

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more. The first things have passed away.” |
