Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly. - Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.
- Remember, O Lord, your compassion and unfailing love,
which you have shown from long ages past.

for I have come to you for refuge. - For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
