- Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting. - Those who know your name trust in you,
for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. - All my longings lie open before you, Lord;
my sighing is not hidden from you. - How great you are, Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears.

Why so disturbed within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
my Savior and my God. - I love you, Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. - I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart;
I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. - Yes, my soul, find rest in God;
my hope comes from him. - But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.
- Come, let us bow down in worship,
let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. - I will exalt you, my God the King;
I will praise your name for ever and ever. - Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. - You, Lord, keep my lamp burning;
my God turns my darkness into light. - Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name;
make known among the nations what he has done. - Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
his love endures forever. - But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are small among the clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me
one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old,
from ancient times. - I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord;
apart from you I have no good thing.” - From the Lord comes deliverance.
May your blessing be on your people. - Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
How unsearchable his judgments,
and his paths beyond tracing out! - How abundant are the good things
that you have stored up for those who fear you,
that you bestow in the sight of all,
on those who take refuge in you. - Listen, my son, accept what I say,
and the years of your life will be many. - You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you. - I seek you with all my heart;
do not let me stray from your commands. - ‘Return, faithless Israel,’ declares the Lord,
‘I will frown on you no longer,
for I am faithful,’ declares the Lord,
‘I will not be angry forever.’ - Let those who love the Lord hate evil,
for he guards the lives of his faithful ones
and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.Next verse!With image
