and every one of your righteous rules endures forever. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
all those who practice it have a good understanding.
His praise endures forever! - Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
- And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
- The reward for humility and fear of the Lord
is riches and honor and life. - The face of the Lord is against those who do evil,
to cut off the memory of them from the earth. - The words of a wise man's mouth win him favor,
but the lips of a fool consume him. - The Lord redeems the life of his servants;
none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned. - For I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance.
- The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?
