Brethren, we must always give thanks to God for you, and it is only right that we do so. He entered the house of God when Abiathar was high priest and ate the sacred bread that only the priests were permitted to eat, and he shared it with his companions.” Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. That is why the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”One Sabbath Jesus was going through the grainfields, and as his disciples walked along, they began to pick some heads of grain. And he also gave some to his companions.” Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”
Take heed to follow the commandments and the laws that Moses, the servant of the Lord, gave you: to love the Lord, your God, and to walk in his ways and to observe his commandments, holding fast to him and serving him with all your heart and all your soul.But be very careful to keep the commandment and the law that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you: to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to keep his commands, to hold fast to him and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.
It is honorable to avoid strife, but every fool is quarrelsome.It is to one’s honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel.
For light produces all goodness and righteousness and truth.For the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth.
Oh, that they would have fear of me in their hearts and they would observe all of my commandments always. However, if you truly amend your ways and your deeds, if you are upright in your dealings with your neighbor; if you do not oppress the alien, the orphan, and the widow; if you do not shed innocent blood in this place; and if you do not follow other gods and thereby cause your own destruction, then I will allow you to live in this place, in the land that I gave as a permanent gift to your fathers long ago.If you really change your ways and your actions and deal with each other justly, if you do not oppress the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow and do not shed innocent blood in this place, and if you do not follow other gods to your own harm, then I will let you live in this place, in the land I gave your ancestors for ever and ever.

And so now, O Israel, what does the Lord, your God, require of you but to fear the Lord, your God, to walk in all of his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord, your God, with all your heart and all your soul, and to observe the commandments and the statutes that I am giving you today for your own good.And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the Lord’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?
And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do as much.And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that.
It is the Lord, your God, whom you are to follow. You must fear him and observe his commandments and obey what he tells you and serve him and hold fast to him.It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him.
A house and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is a gift from the Lord.Houses and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from the Lord.
Restore us, O Lord of hosts; let your face shine upon us, and we will be saved.Restore us, Lord God Almighty; make your face shine on us, that we may be saved.
You shall serve the Lord, your God. He will bless your bread and water and take away sickness from your midst.Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you.

But according to Scripture all things have been confined under sin, so that through faith in Jesus Christ what was promised might be given to those who believe.But Scripture has locked up everything under the control of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe.
