- Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

- Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.
- Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord. - Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
- He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
- And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
