- Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord! - Let my mouth be filled with Your praise
And with Your glory all the day. - I will bless the Lord at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth. - I will praise You with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments. - I will be glad and rejoice in You;
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High. - I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - In God (I will praise His word),
In God I have put my trust;
I will not fear.
What can flesh do to me? - Praise the Lord!
Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,
Who delights greatly in His commandments. - Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
Save me, and I shall be saved,
For You are my praise. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
A good understanding have all those who do His commandments.
His praise endures forever. - I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will tell of all Your marvelous works. - Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,
My lips shall praise You.
Thus I will bless You while I live;
I will lift up my hands in Your name. - Why are you cast down, O my soul?
And why are you disquieted within me?
Hope in God;
For I shall yet praise Him,
The help of my countenance and my God. - O Lord, You are my God.
I will exalt You,
I will praise Your name,
For You have done wonderful things;
Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. - I will praise You, O Lord, among the peoples,
And I will sing praises to You among the nations. - Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.
- I thank You and praise You,
O God of my fathers;
You have given me wisdom and might,
And have now made known to me what we asked of You,
For You have made known to us the king’s demand. - And in that day you will say:
“Praise the Lord, call upon His name;
Declare His deeds among the peoples,
Make mention that His name is exalted.” - For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well. - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped;
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
And with my song I will praise Him. - Bless the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name! - I cried to Him with my mouth,
And He was extolled with my tongue. - Blessed be the Lord,
Who daily loads us with benefits,
The God of our salvation! Selah - Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
- I will extol You, my God, O King;
And I will bless Your name forever and ever.
