- Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord! - I will bless the Lord at all times;
his praise shall continually be in my mouth. - My mouth is filled with your praise,
and with your glory all the day. - I will be glad and exult in you;
I will sing praise to your name, O Most High. - I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have being. - In God, whose word I praise,
in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
What can flesh do to me? - Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
save me, and I shall be saved,
for you are my praise. - Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,
who greatly delights in his commandments! - I will praise you with an upright heart,
when I learn your righteous rules. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
all those who practice it have a good understanding.
His praise endures forever! - Why are you cast down, O my soul,
and why are you in turmoil within me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him,
my salvation and my God. - Because your steadfast love is better than life,
my lips will praise you.
So I will bless you as long as I live;
in your name I will lift up my hands. - I cried to him with my mouth,
and high praise was on my tongue. - O Lord, you are my God;
I will exalt you; I will praise your name,
for you have done wonderful things,
plans formed of old, faithful and sure. - Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, for all his works are right and his ways are just; and those who walk in pride he is able to humble.
- Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and all that is within me,
bless his holy name! - To you, O God of my fathers,
I give thanks and praise,
for you have given me wisdom and might,
and have now made known to me what we asked of you,
for you have made known to us the king's matter. - For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well. - Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
- I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart;
I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. - I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples;
I will sing praises to you among the nations. - I will extol you, my God and King,
and bless your name forever and ever. - For it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me,
and every tongue shall confess to God.” - And you will say in that day:
“Give thanks to the Lord,
call upon his name,
make known his deeds among the peoples,
proclaim that his name is exalted.” - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
in him my heart trusts, and I am helped;
my heart exults,
and with my song I give thanks to him.
Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously;
let this be made known in all the earth.Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight. But they who wait for the Lord
shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.Next verse!With image
