- Then when you call upon me and come and pray to me, I will hear you.
- But whenever you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord.
We bless you from the house of the Lord. - But you, beloved, build yourselves up on your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit; keep yourselves in the love of God; look forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life.
- So that, with the eyes of your heart enlightened, you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance among the saints.
- Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once send me more than twelve legions of angels?
- Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.
- Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them.
