- Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
- Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
- Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
- This is the day which the Lord hath made;
we will rejoice and be glad in it. - I will be glad and rejoice in thee:
I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. - My son, if thine heart be wise,
my heart shall rejoice, even mine. - The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty;
he will save,
he will rejoice over thee with joy;
he will rest in his love,
he will joy over thee with singing. - Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
- The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice:
and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him. - My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee;
and my soul, which thou hast redeemed. - Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
- But I have trusted in thy mercy;
my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
I will sing unto the Lord,
because he hath dealt bountifully with me. - Sing unto God, sing praises to his name:
extol him that rideth upon the heavens
by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.
A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows,
is God in his holy habitation. - Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.
- Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
- Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
- Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.
- Although the fig tree shall not blossom,
neither shall fruit be in the vines;
the labour of the olive shall fail,
and the fields shall yield no meat;
the flock shall be cut off from the fold,
and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will joy in the God of my salvation. - I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies,
as much as in all riches. - I will greatly rejoice in the Lord,
my soul shall be joyful in my God;
for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation,
he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness,
as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments,
and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels. - I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life. And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.
- Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
- Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
- And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope.
- The statutes of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes.
Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
