- And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
- Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord. - Search me, O God, and know my heart:
try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting. - The heart is deceitful above all things,
and desperately wicked: who can know it?
I the Lord search the heart,
I try the reins,
even to give every man according to his ways,
and according to the fruit of his doings. - But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
- But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
- And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
- O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.
Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising,
thou understandest my thought afar off. - Seek the Lord, and his strength:
seek his face evermore. - Seek the Lord and his strength,
seek his face continually. - Depart from evil, and do good;
seek peace, and pursue it. - Blessed are they that keep his testimonies,
and that seek him with the whole heart. - And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee:
for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. - Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- O God, thou art my God;
early will I seek thee:
my soul thirsteth for thee,
my flesh longeth for thee
in a dry and thirsty land,
where no water is. - With my soul have I desired thee in the night;
yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early:
for when thy judgments are in the earth,
the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. - Hast thou not known?
hast thou not heard,
that the everlasting God, the Lord,
the Creator of the ends of the earth,
fainteth not, neither is weary?
there is no searching of his understanding. - For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
- Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised;
and his greatness is unsearchable. - O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous,
and his ears are open unto their cry. I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:
I will guide thee with mine eye.Next verse!With image
