Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.Without counsel, plans go awry, But in the multitude of counselors they are established.

It is an honour for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will be meddling.It is honorable for a man to stop striving, Since any fool can start a quarrel.

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.For “He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.”
When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.When I kept silent, my bones grew old Through my groaning all the day long.

He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.Whoever hides hatred has lying lips, And whoever spreads slander is a fool.
