- You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you. - Create in me a pure heart, O God,

on those whose hope is in his unfailing love. - You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.

for he has been good to me.But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect. Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
