Study the scriptures (2/4) The statutes of the Lord are right,ord is pure, Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. The memory of the just is blessed: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. The Lord preserveth the strangers; By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; Defend the poor and fatherless: The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. The tongue of the just is as choice silver: Blessings are upon the head of the just: Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen. I had fainted, unless I had believedord Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. The vine is dried up, The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father. The earth is the Lord 's, and the fulness thereof;
Blessed is the man Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Next verse!
