- You, Lord, rule forever;
Your throne is from generation to generation. - Even before there is a word on my tongue,
Behold, Lord, You know it all. - Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
If I ascend to heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. - Do your duty to the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His ordinances, and His testimonies, according to what is written in the Law of Moses, so that you may succeed in all that you do and wherever you turn.
- I will rejoice and be jubilant in You;
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High. - And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and you shall name Him Jesus.”
- For one will hardly die for a righteous person; though perhaps for the good person someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
- Just as you do not know the path of the wind, and how bones are formed in the womb of the pregnant woman, so you do not know the activity of God who makes everything.
- Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunity. Your speech must always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.
- They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
- I am coming quickly; hold firmly to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.
- In peace I will both lie down and sleep,
For You alone, Lord, have me dwell in safety. - But Jesus said to him, “ ‘If You can’? All things are possible for the one who believes.”
- Then you will discern righteousness, justice,
And integrity, and every good path. - For You are my rock and my fortress;
For the sake of Your name You will lead me and guide me. - Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth
Does not become weary or tired.
His understanding is unsearchable. - You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male slave, or his female slave, or his ox, or his donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.
- My lips will shout for joy when I sing praises to You;
And my soul, which You have redeemed. - There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you, judging your neighbor?
- And they stripped Him and put a red cloak on Him. And after twisting together a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and put a reed in His right hand; and they knelt down before Him and mocked Him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
- You have also given me the shield of Your salvation,
And Your right hand upholds me;
And Your gentleness makes me great.
You enlarge my steps under me,
And my feet have not slipped. - I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.
- And I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?’
- Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed;
Save me and I will be saved,
For You are my praise. - And faithfulness is Yours, Lord,
For You reward a person according to his work.
