Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Times'
- Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.”
- I will bless Yahweh at all times.
His praise will always be in my mouth. - Yahweh will also be a high tower for the oppressed;
a high tower in times of trouble. - A friend loves at all times;
and a brother is born for adversity. - If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him. If he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.
- The times of ignorance therefore God overlooked. But now he commands that all people everywhere should repent.
- My times are in your hand.
Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me. - Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all.
- Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.
- With all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints.
- But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
being small among the clans of Judah,
out of you one will come out to me who is to be ruler in Israel;
whose goings out are from of old, from ancient times. - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - In the day of prosperity be joyful, and in the day of adversity consider; yes, God has made the one side by side with the other, to the end that man should not find out anything after him.
- Who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before times eternal.
- Jesus said, “Most certainly I tell you, there is no one who has left house, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or land, for my sake, and for the sake of the Good News, but he will receive one hundred times more now in this time: houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and land, with persecutions; and in the age to come eternal life.”
- Yahweh, remember your tender mercies and your loving kindness,
for they are from old times.
Don’t remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions.
Remember me according to your loving kindness,
for your goodness’ sake, Yahweh. - But I will sing of your strength.
Yes, I will sing aloud of your loving kindness in the morning.
For you have been my high tower,
a refuge in the day of my distress. - And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work.
- Rejoicing in hope, enduring in troubles, continuing steadfastly in prayer.
- Yahweh is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him.
- They said to you, “In the last time there will be mockers, walking after their own ungodly lusts.” These are those who cause divisions and are sensual, not having the Spirit.
- Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth,
before the evil days come, and the years draw near,
when you will say, “I have no pleasure in them.” - But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
May Yahweh our God be with us as he was with our fathers. Let him not leave us or forsake us.
