Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.Welcome those who are weak in faith, but not for the purpose of quarreling over opinions.
Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.And said to them, “Whoever welcomes this child in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me; for the least among all of you is the greatest.”
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.Therefore rid yourselves of all sordidness and rank growth of wickedness, and welcome with meekness the implanted word that has the power to save your souls.
Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more eager to confirm your call and election, for if you do this, you will never stumble. For in this way, entry into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be richly provided for you.
Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.Those who eat must not despise those who abstain, and those who abstain must not pass judgment on those who eat; for God has welcomed them.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.Very truly, I tell you, whoever receives one whom I send receives me; and whoever receives me receives him who sent me.
Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.So those who welcomed his message were baptized, and that day about three thousand persons were added.

Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.You call me Teacher and Lord—and you are right, for that is what I am.
Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.By insolence the heedless make strife, but wisdom is with those who take advice.
And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, the Beloved, with whom I am well pleased.”
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up.
Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder.
Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.Learn to do good; seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow.
How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.How much more valuable is a human being than a sheep! So it is lawful to do good on the sabbath.
Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.Now may the God of peace, who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, make you complete in everything good so that you may do his will, working among us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?Can anyone withhold the water for baptizing these people who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?
While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud overshadowed them, and from the cloud a voice said, “This is my Son, the Beloved; with him I am well pleased; listen to him!”
O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!If only they had such a mind as this, to fear me and to keep all my commandments always, so that it might go well with them and with their children forever!
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.But those who drink of the water that I will give them will never be thirsty. The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.
His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and trustworthy slave; you have been trustworthy in a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’
But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.But this command I gave them, “Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people; and walk only in the way that I command you, so that it may be well with you.”
Ye shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.You must follow exactly the path that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live, and that it may go well with you, and that you may live long in the land that you are to possess.
For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.For it was you who formed my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; that I know very well.

Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again; Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.Tell slaves to be submissive to their masters and to give satisfaction in every respect; they are not to talk back, not to pilfer, but to show complete and perfect fidelity, so that in everything they may be an ornament to the doctrine of God our Savior.
