    Honor the Sabbath in everything you do on that day,
    and don’t follow your own desires or talk idly.
    Then the Lord will be your delight.
    I will give you great honor
    and satisfy you with the inheritance I promised to your ancestor Jacob.
    I, the Lord, have spoken!
  • The Lord is good and does what is right;
    he shows the proper path to those who go astray.
    He leads the humble in doing right,
    teaching them his way.
  • Dear brothers and sisters, I close my letter with these last words: Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace will be with you.

    but it ends in death.
