Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'When'
- These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.
- When I am afraid,
I will put my trust in you. - Blessed are you when men hate you, and when they exclude and mock you, and throw out your name as evil, for the Son of Man’s sake.
- You shall seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.
- When pride comes, then comes shame,
but with humility comes wisdom. - Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is counted wise.
When he shuts his lips, he is thought to be discerning. - My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God? - When you pass through the waters, I will be with you,
and through the rivers, they will not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned,
and flame will not scorch you. - When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment.
- Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due,
when it is in the power of your hand to do it. - When I said, “My foot is slipping!”
Your loving kindness, Yahweh, held me up. - When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.
- Train up a child in the way he should go,
and when he is old he will not depart from it. - It shall be, when he is guilty of one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned.
- When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
- When you vow a vow to God, don’t defer to pay it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay that which you vow.
- When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. When Paul had laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them and they spoke with other languages and prophesied.
- I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart,
when I learn your righteous judgments. - Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
- When Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.”
- Yahweh, you have searched me,
and you know me.
You know my sitting down and my rising up.
You perceive my thoughts from afar. - Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
- Let no man say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God,” for God can’t be tempted by evil, and he himself tempts no one.
- For a thousand years in your sight are just like yesterday when it is past,
like a watch in the night. - My lips shall shout for joy!
My soul, which you have redeemed, sings praises to you!
Yahweh restored Job’s prosperity when he prayed for his friends. Yahweh gave Job twice as much as he had before. But Jesus hearing it, answered him, “Don’t be afraid.
