- For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
- Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom.
- But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”
- All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.
- No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
- But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
- For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
- For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.
- Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good!
Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! - He who walks blamelessly and does what is right
and speaks truth in his heart;
who does not slander with his tongue
and does no evil to his neighbor,
nor takes up a reproach against his friend. - Every word of God proves true;
he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. - Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness.
- For I, the Lord your God,
hold your right hand;
it is I who say to you, “Fear not,
I am the one who helps you.” - Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever receives the one I send receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me.
- He who withholds kindness from a friend
forsakes the fear of the Almighty. - He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves wealth with his income; this also is vanity.
- But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able thus to offer willingly? For all things come from you, and of your own have we given you.
- The Lord redeems the life of his servants;
none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned. - He who finds a wife finds a good thing
and obtains favor from the Lord. - And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”
- As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy.
- Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
- Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
- For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.
Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. That according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love.Next verse!With image
