- Let those who are wise understand these things.
Let those with discernment listen carefully.
The paths of the Lord are true and right,
and righteous people live by walking in them.
But in those paths sinners stumble and fall. - And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.
- So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
- Give to anyone who asks; and when things are taken away from you, don’t try to get them back.
