- Know that wisdom is such to your soul;
if you find it, there will be a future,
and your hope will not be cut off. - Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
- Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.

his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. - They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore;

nor any scorching heat.
For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd,
and he will guide them to springs of living water,
and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes. - My son, if your heart is wise,
my heart too will be glad. - And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
- And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
- O Lord, you are my God;
I will exalt you; I will praise your name,
for you have done wonderful things,
plans formed of old, faithful and sure. - Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
- The Lord is on my side; I will not fear.
What can man do to me? - For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
- Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
- Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.
- Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper,
but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy. - But the one who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, will receive a light beating. Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.
- No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.
- The father of the righteous will greatly rejoice;
he who fathers a wise son will be glad in him. - When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you;
when you walk through fire you shall not be burned,
and the flame shall not consume you. - I will praise you with an upright heart,
when I learn your righteous rules. - And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.
- In peace I will both lie down and sleep;
for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. - Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
- Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
