- I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.

I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. - The wise of heart will receive commandments,
but a babbling fool will come to ruin. - Because your steadfast love is better than life,
my lips will praise you.
So I will bless you as long as I live;
in your name I will lift up my hands. - But I with the voice of thanksgiving
will sacrifice to you;
what I have vowed I will pay.
Salvation belongs to the Lord! - Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
- He will render to each one according to his works.
- Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.
- If you turn at my reproof,
behold, I will pour out my spirit to you;
I will make my words known to you. - But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.
- Whoever brings blessing will be enriched,
and one who waters will himself be watered. - For nothing will be impossible with God.
- But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.
- I will bless the Lord at all times;
his praise shall continually be in my mouth. - And I will make them and the places all around my hill a blessing, and I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be showers of blessing.
- But many who are first will be last, and the last first.
- Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth! - It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.
- For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel's will save it.
- For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
- So I will show my greatness and my holiness and make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
- And the angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God.”
- The hand of the diligent will rule,
while the slothful will be put to forced labor.
