- If someone says, “I love God,”
but at the same time hates his brother,
he is a liar.
For whoever does not love the brother
whom he has seen
cannot love God whom he has not seen. - Moreover, the one to whom God grants wealth and possessions and the ability to enjoy them and to find contentment in his toil receives a gift from God.
- Adulterers! Do you not know that love of the world results in enmity with God? Therefore, whoever wishes to be a lover of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

- Therefore, accept one another for the glory of God, just as Christ has accepted you.
- Sing to God, sing praise to his name;
exalt him who rides upon the clouds.
Rejoice in the presence of this God
whose name is the Lord.
The Father of orphans and the defender of widows:
such is God in his holy dwelling place. - What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
- And this is the testimony:
God gave us eternal life,
and this life is in his Son. - The Lord God made clothing for the man and woman out of animal skins and he clothed them.
- Cure the sick who are there, and say, ‘The kingdom of God has come unto you.’
- Indeed, creation itself eagerly awaits the revelation of the children of God.
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercy and the God of all consolation. He consoles us in all our afflictions and thereby enables us to console others in their tribulations, offering them the consolation with which we ourselves are consoled by God.
- But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- God blessed the seventh day and he consecrated it, for on it he rested from all the work he had done when he created all things.

- Who indeed conquers the world
except the one who believes
that Jesus is the Son of God? - God’s love was revealed to us in this way:
God sent his only-begotten Son into the world
so that we might have life through him.
Rather, let justice flow like a river,
and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream. Love does not rejoice over wrongdoing
but rejoices in the truth.
Love bears all things,
believes all things,
hopes all things,
