- A cheerful heart is excellent medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. - If you, then, despite your evil nature, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!
- A wholesome tongue is a tree of life,
but an undisciplined tongue crushes the spirit. - And the one who searches hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God’s will.
