- A cheerful heart is excellent medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. - A wholesome tongue is a tree of life,
but an undisciplined tongue crushes the spirit. - If you, then, despite your evil nature, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!
- In the same way, even the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with sighs that cannot be put into words.

no one can enter the kingdom of God
unless he is born of water and the Spirit.” - When Jesus had taken the wine, he said, “It is finished.” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
