- Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
- I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. - O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name:
make known his deeds among the people. - O taste and see that the Lord is good:
blessed is the man that trusteth in him. - For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,
saith the Lord. - The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth,
and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart;
and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. - Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts,
cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. - The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed,
a refuge in times of trouble. - Many are the afflictions of the righteous:
but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. - O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord:
my goodness extendeth not to thee. - Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things:
this is known in all the earth. - Some trust in chariots, and some in horses:
but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. - He loveth righteousness and judgment:
the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. - Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
- Lying lips are abomination to the Lord:
but they that deal truly are his delight. - I have set the Lord always before me:
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. - I am the Lord your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God.
- House and riches are the inheritance of fathers:
and a prudent wife is from the Lord. - The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power,
and will not at all acquit the wicked:
the Lord hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm,
and the clouds are the dust of his feet. - And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, To keep the commandments of the Lord, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?
- I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. - O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good;
for his mercy endureth for ever. - Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord,
that delighteth greatly in his commandments. - I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep:
for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety. - For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous;
with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.Next verse!With image
