Bible Verses about 'Believe and receive'

  • You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.
  • You say you have faith, for you believe that there is one God. Good for you! Even the demons believe this, and they tremble in terror.
  • You haven’t done this before. Ask, using my name, and you will receive, and you will have abundant joy.
  • But God had mercy on me so that Christ Jesus could use me as a prime example of his great patience with even the worst sinners. Then others will realize that they, too, can believe in him and receive eternal life.
  • Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised.
  • God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
  • Dear friends, if we don’t feel guilty, we can come to God with bold confidence. And we will receive from him whatever we ask because we obey him and do the things that please him.
  • So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
  • Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.
  • I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.

so that we may offer you our praises.”

  • They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household.”
  • Either way, Christ’s love controls us. Since we believe that Christ died for all, we also believe that we have all died to our old life. He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them.
  • My child, listen to me and do as I say,
and you will have a long, good life.
  • “The time promised by God has come at last!” he announced. “The Kingdom of God is near! Repent of your sins and believe the Good News!”
  • Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent.”
  • Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned.
  • People who conceal their sins will not prosper,
but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy.
  • That is why he is the one who mediates a new covenant between God and people, so that all who are called can receive the eternal inheritance God has promised them. For Christ died to set them free from the penalty of the sins they had committed under that first covenant.

Who are you to condemn someone else’s servants? Their own master will judge whether they stand or fall. And with the Lord’s help, they will stand and receive his approval.
