- I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.

- Honor the Lord with your possessions,
And with the firstfruits of all your increase. - This is a faithful saying:
For if we died with Him,
We shall also live with Him. - Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
- With my whole heart I have sought You;
Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! - So he answered and said, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’ ”
