- Do not swerve to the right or to the left;

O Lord, hear my voice!
Let your ears be attentive
to the voice of my pleas for mercy! - God settles the solitary in a home;
he leads out the prisoners to prosperity,
but the rebellious dwell in a parched land. - Whoever walks in integrity walks securely,
but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out. - Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
