- You husbands, in the same way, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman as to the weaker vessel, as also being joint heirs of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.

When shall I come and appear before God? - Hear, Israel: Yahweh is our God. Yahweh is one. You shall love Yahweh your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might.

Yahweh is the strength of my life.
Of whom shall I be afraid? - I will never forget your precepts,
for with them, you have revived me. - With all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love.

- Knowing that you were redeemed, not with corruptible things like silver or gold, from the useless way of life handed down from your fathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish or spot, the blood of Christ.
- For with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.
