- From that day forward Jesus began to proclaim the message: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is close at hand.”
- Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
- Jesus replied,
“Amen, amen, I say to you,
no one can see the kingdom of God
without being born from above.” - As for you, my child, take strength from the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
- Then the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
- Jesus answered them,
“My teaching is not my own;
rather, it comes from him who sent me.” - But now in Christ Jesus, you who once were far off have been brought near through the blood of Christ.
- This is how you should pray:
‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.’ - Jesus said,
“Amen, amen, I say to you,
no one can enter the kingdom of God
unless he is born of water and the Spirit.” - Jesus answered, “If it is possible! All things are possible for one who has faith.”
- The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
- O Lord, you are my God.
I will exalt you and praise your name,
for you have accomplished wonderful things,
formulated in ages past, faithful and sure. - Jesus said to him, “Go on your way! Your faith has made you well.” Immediately, he received his sight and followed him along the road.
- Indeed, persecution will afflict all who want to lead a godly life in Christ Jesus.
- But according to Scripture all things have been confined under sin, so that through faith in Jesus Christ what was promised might be given to those who believe.
- I intend to prove the holiness of my great name which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. Thus, the nations will know that I am the Lord, says the Lord God, when through you I will display my holiness in their sight.
- But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and cried out,
“If anyone is thirsty,
let him come to me and drink.” - They answered, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, and so too will your household.”
- I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation to know him.
- For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for a life of good works that God had prepared for us to do.
- It was for this purpose that he called you through our gospel so that you might come to share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
- When Jesus heard this, he said, “Do not be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be saved.”
- And said to them, “Whoever receives this child in my name receives me; and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me. For the one who is least among all of you is the one who is the greatest.”
- The one who gives this testimony says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”
