Test me (3/4)

  • Let me hear Your faithfulness in the morning,
    For I trust in You;
    Teach me the way in which I should walk;
    For to You I lift up my soul.
  • And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”
  • The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
  • The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
    Because He anointed Me to bring good news to the poor.
    He has sent Me to proclaim release to captives,
    And recovery of sight to the blind,
    To set free those who are oppressed.
  • Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
    I fear no evil, for You are with me;
    Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
  • The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
    Because the Lord anointed me
    To bring good news to the humble;
    He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
    To proclaim release to captives
    And freedom to prisoners.
  • If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.
  • For one who finds me finds life,
    And obtains favor from the Lord.
  • Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.
  • Teach me Your way, Lord;
    I will walk in Your truth;
    Unite my heart to fear Your name.
  • For this is what the Lord says to the house of Israel:
    “Seek Me so that you may live.”
  • Make Your face shine upon Your servant;
    Save me in Your faithfulness.
  • And He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of people.”
  • If I should say, “My foot has slipped,”
    Your faithfulness, Lord, will support me.
  • The one who eats My flesh and drinks My blood remains in Me, and I in him.
  • I permitted Myself to be sought by those who did not ask for Me;
    I permitted Myself to be found by those who did not seek Me.
    I said, ‘Here am I, here am I,’
    To a nation which did not call on My name.
  • So Jesus answered them and said, “My teaching is not My own, but His who sent Me.”
  • But You, Lord, are a shield around me,
    My glory, and the One who lifts my head.
  • With all my heart I have sought You;
    Do not let me wander from Your commandments.
  • Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
  • Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?
  • I will never forget Your precepts,
    For by them You have revived me.
  • The one who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and the one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will reveal Myself to him.
  • In peace I will both lie down and sleep,
    For You alone, Lord, have me dwell in safety.
  • All things are permitted for me, but not all things are of benefit. All things are permitted for me, but I will not be mastered by anything.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”
